Te Whiri Ora Right Service Right Time is an innovative approach to ensure the wellbeing of tamariki, rangitahi and whānau. The aim is for every tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau, whatever their circumstance, to get the right service at the right time. Collectively we will create a network of supports for tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau to achieve their aspirations in ways that work for them, when they need it.

REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT
Who can make a request for support?
- Whānau looking for support on their own behalf or on behalf of another member of the whānau.
- Professionals who provide support for tamariki, rangatahi and whānau who consider they will benefit from a service that ensures a streamlined and cohesive response from a variety of psycho-social services.
How can I make a request for support?
- A request for support can be made by whānau and or a professional on their behalf
- Request for support forms can be requested from Te Whiri Ora Right Service Right Time, over the phone, email or via the website.
- All requests for support must be accompanied by the parent's/caregivers signed consent form.
What happens after I make a request for support?
Our Kaiwhiri will be in contact with the whānau within 2 weeks of receiving the request for support.
During the waiting time our Kaiwhiri will:

- Acknowledge receiving the request for service form within 48 hours;
- Liaise with the referrer; and
- Make contact with the family/whānau to engage and discover what the whānau are wanting.
