The aim of the Right Service Right Time is to enable you to get the help and support you and your family/whānau need as soon as possible

You may find answers to some of these questions by accessing the resources at All Right? www.allright.org.nz If you’ve tried using the tips in these resources but still need help to get in contact with the right services and supports, this is what Right Service Right Time can offer:

The following steps explain how Right Service Right Time works.
Step 1
You and / or your family/whānau have decided you want to get more information about ways to access help and check out the options of support available from agencies in your community.
Step 2
Click the Helping Resources tab on the Right Service Right Time website and see if there is anything amongst the resources listed that might help.
If you can’t find what you need on the Right Service Right Time website, contact the Right Service Right Time Coordinator.
Phone: 03 378 2782 and/or email info@rightservice.org.nz for advice, information and/or to make a referral.
Step 3
The Right Service Right Time Coordinator will work with you to understand your family’s needs and seek your consent to progress your referral to the agency/agencies that you have agreed can best assist your child and family/whānau.
